  • One standard passport sized photo
  • Copy of birth Certificate
  • Copy of Parents’ HKID card
  • Copy of Immunization Record
  • 4 self-addressed stamped envelopes with at least $2 stamp on each envelope
  • Crossed cheque for HK$40 ( Payable to「The Church of Christ in China Fuk Yau No.2 Kindergarten」，Please indicate the name and contact method along with the cheque)
  • Crossed cheque for HK$1500 (Registration Fee – Payable to「The Church of Christ in China Fuk Yau No.2 Kindergarten」，Please indicate the name and contact method along with the cheque)
  • Return Method:
    Submit the application form in person / by post

  • Transfer procedure after registration
    If parents intend to transfer their children to another school after registering at this school, they need to get back the registration certificate from this school.
    After the parents get back the registration certificate, it means that the school will no longer reserve a seat for your children, and the school will not refund the registration fee.
  • Arrangement for admission application of non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Children
    • When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants will be provided where necessary; or parents and children are allowed to be accompanied
      by a Chinese-speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication.
